If you need an official invitation letter for your visa application, please first complete your registration, then send us an email including the following information:
- Your full name (exactly as it appears on your passport)
- Your passport number, nationality, and date of birth
- Your affiliation and full postal address
- Paper number
- The full list of authors (in the exact order shown on the paper)
- Paper title
