Guidelines

All papers are allocated a maximum of 5 pages 6 pages (this number was recently increased), including references. Please make sure to use one of IEEE’s templates for conference papers: MS Word and LaTeX templates. For the LaTeX template, be sure to use the template’s conference mode. The conference follows a single-blind peer-review process, where the identities of the reviewers are kept confidential from the authors.

Note that accepted papers will require at least one author to be registered at the full rate.

Paper Submission

SiPS reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by one of the authors at the conference.

Submission of the camera-ready PDF version

For the final version, authors should use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to validate their papers. Only IEEE Xplore®-compatible papers will be published.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site.
First-time users should do the following:

  1. Create Account
  2. Enter the following:
    • 68287X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
  3. Continue to enter personal information as prompted

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent
verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same
password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
