Oral Presentation Guidelines
Dear Authors, please follow these guidelines for your oral presentation at SiPS 2026:
- Please prepare your presentation as a PDF file.
- Please include the paper title, authors, and affiliations. Authors may also include the SiPS 2026 logo on their slides.
- Note that you will be asked to upload your PDF slightly ahead of your presentation. In due time, further information about the upload procedure will be provided.
- Please arrive in the session room a few minutes before the beginning of your session to check that your presentation is properly displayed.
- Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers (Q&A). Please make sure to respect the allocated time.
- The detailed conference program is available on the SiPS 2026 website.
